SeaQ Management sells digital products, including e-books, courses, contracts, templates, spreadsheets, toolkits, and bundles.
All digital product sales are final, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or products you choose not to use.
Please review the product description, included materials, file formats, and access requirements before purchasing. This policy applies to regular-priced and discounted products.
Downloads and Course Access
Our products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped, and no physical returns are accepted.
Keep your order confirmation and follow the instructions provided to download your materials or access your course.
Missing Files or Technical Problems
If a download is missing, a file is damaged, or you cannot access a purchased course, contact us. We will help repair or replace the file or restore the access included with your purchase.
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Never send your password or full payment card details.
Duplicate Charges and Incorrect Orders
If you believe you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or did not receive what the product description promised, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction, which may include a refund when warranted or legally required.
Toolkits and Bundles
Your purchase includes the products and access specifically listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Future products, updates, coaching, or services are included only when expressly stated.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Access to refunded materials may be removed. You must stop using and delete any digital materials covered by the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
